I'm fundraising for Bowel Cancer UK

I’m taking part in ActiveApril for Bowel Cancer UK and raising money to help save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer.

My main motivation comes from the most inspiring and brilliant person I know: My god mother, Beth Fletcher who no matter what struggles she faces, always puts other people first.

To show my support, with only 19 days of notice, I have signed up for the Blackpool half marathon. Whilst not in April I will continue to raise money by running a tough mudder on the 20th of September and hope to complete a marathon by the end of the year. All of these events will help me to raise money for Bowel Cancer UK a truly remarkable organisation.

The money I raise will help to provide support and information to patients and their families, fund and support research into bowel cancer and support campaigns for early diagnosis and best treatment and care for all.
