I'm fundraising for Bowel Cancer UK
Earlier this year my friend and PT was diagnosed with cancer. She has had a huge impact on our lives and watching her strength as she fights the biggest battle of her life has been inspiring.
I do have my own demons and health is/ has always been a big one. Well even during her darkest hours she still finds time to support others. For example suggesting that this challenge might give me focus and raise money for a good cause.
As such my intent is to swim 15 miles in August. Which equates to 25km. 1000laps of a 25m pool. No easy feat.
