What?

Sign up for free and swim 15km or choose your own challenge. Make your first donation and we'll send you a Swim15 swimming badge.

When and where?

Complete your challenge anytime between 1 and 31 August. You can swim in your local pool, or take on the open water.

Why?

Every 15 minutes someone is diagnosed with bowel cancer. That's why we're asking you to swim 15km this August. You'll be making a difference to the lives of around 268,000 people living with bowel cancer in the UK today.
