When you get your first donation, you’ll get your exclusive Swim15 badge. Make sure to show it off with pride so everyone knows about the brilliant challenge you’re taking on. We’ll be sending out badges weekly so please allow up to 10 days for it to arrive.

If you raise £300 by 11:59pm on Monday 2 September 2024, you'll be entered into our prize draw where 5 lucky winners will receive some Bowel Cancer UK merch!

Swim15 competition rules
These rules (“the rules”) apply to Swim15 competition (the “Competition”), and by taking part in the competition you are agreeing to comply with them, and confirm you satisfy the terms and conditions below.

Swim15 is organised by Bowel Cancer UK (Registered charity number 1071038 (England & Wales) and SC040914 (Scotland).
This prize draw is administered solely by Bowel Cancer UK.
Prize
- The prize consists of the following items only:
- One OddBalls mini towel
- One enamel mug
- One pair of Star of Hope socks (Light Teal)
Participant entry
- Participants aged under 16 years old must have permission from an adult to take part.
Competition rules
- Only entrants who are fully registered for Swim15 2024 are eligible to take part in the competition.
- Competition closes for entry at 11.59pm on Monday 2 September 2024. Any donations made after this date and time specified will not be taken into consideration and will not be eligible for this competition.
- There’ll be three winners drawn, each winner will receive one of each item outlined above only
- A minimum £300 raised in fundraising sponsorship per fundraising page, is required to be added to the participant’s official Swim15 2024 Funraisin sponsorship page or alternative online fundraising page by 11.59pm on Monday 2 September 2024, to be eligible for entry into the competition
- Any offline sponsorship raised must be showing as an ‘offline’ donation on the participant’s official Swim15 2024 Funraisin sponsorship page or alternative fundraising page by 11.59pm on Monday 2 September 2024, to be eligible for entry into the competition
- Fundraising donations should not be transferred between participants, please contact us should you need to withdraw from the Swim15 event. Please contact the Bowel Cancer UK community team who will be happy to assist you on 020 7940 1769 or at community@bowelcanceruk.org.uk
- Donations on team fundraising pages are eligible for entry, but only one winning prize as stated above will be available, no matter the number of participants in the team
- All entrants will be assigned a number at random and the winner will be drawn using a random number generator on Tuesday 3 September 2024
- The winner will be notified by email and phone call by the Bowel Cancer UK fundraising team, by Friday 6 September 2024
- Notification of a winner will be displayed on the Swim15 website by 5pm on Monday 9 September 2024
- Should the winner not accept the prize by Thursday 12 September 2024, then the prize will be reallocated to the competition and a new winner will be drawn at random. The stated rules will apply to the new draw
- Should the winner be an employee of Bowel Cancer UK who is taking part in Swim15, the prize will be reallocated, and a new winner will be drawn at random
- The prize cannot be exchanged for another item or exchanged for cash
- The prize will be posted by Bowel Cancer UK directly to the winner by Friday 20 September 2024 using Royal Mail delivery service
- The winner agrees to share a suitable address with Bowel Cancer UK to receive their prize
Advertising of stated competition.
- All Swim15 2024 participants will receive details of the competition, including full T&C’s and how to take part, via email to the email address supplied
- All ‘rules’ are displayed on the Swim15 website including full T&C’s available to all participants at all times
- All advertising will abide by the rules indicating clear ways to take part and including a link to the rules
