I'm fundraising for Bowel Cancer UK

I’m taking part in ActiveApril for Bowel Cancer UK and raising money to help save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer.

The money I raise will help to provide support and information to patients and their families, fund and support research into bowel cancer and support campaigns for early diagnosis and best treatment and care for all.

What a beautiful day for day one! Went for a lovely long walk with the dog, painted my fence (that was the biggest work out of the day - never again) and then did a wee 30 minute yoga workout on YouTube to finish off the day.
