I'm fundraising for Bowel Cancer UK during August 2024

Last year a very dear good friend was diagnosed with Bowel Cancer. I’ve seen how she is coping on the outside, but can only imagine her fear and anxiety.

It’s not all visible.

She is such an amazing lady. A great smile, so happy and full of life.

A true inspiration.

I’m doing this swim for her 💖

Double trouble

Monday 12th Aug

Today we had double celebrations… I completed my 15K challenge & Jane joined me in the sea, her first dip in 4 weeks. She has been recovering from her stoma reversal operation (4 weeks ago) she inspired to do this challenge for Bowel Cancer UK
