Finally two days - 29th and 30th

Wednesday 30th Apr
Big push for the last two days with 20mm cover across each day. Finished both evenings with longer walks along the Millennium Costal Path and tow lovely evenings sunsets 🙌

28th

Wednesday 30th Apr
3 days to go and a big push to get 200km as I was 35km out! A 10km walk along the coast of the Gower with Mam and Blod and an evening 4km walk with Cai 🐶

26 and 27th

Wednesday 30th Apr
Two big days of walking as the sun was out! 26th - 9km from the hotel to the furthest point of Rhodes and then 4km walk for food 27th - up early for a 4km walk and a sea dip before flight home and a 4km walk with Cai 🐶 after his week in kennel And I show how lost my Active April Tshirt on my walk back to the hotel 🙈

Day 25

Friday 25th Apr
Still pushing the steps cos the weather is so nice! Up early again and a 7km walk to start the day 🙌 plus a sea dip (fresh!! )

Day 24

Friday 25th Apr
Big day of walking before 1pm! First a 5km and then a 7km walk to see Acropolis of Rhodes and an Ancient Stadium

Day 22 and 23

Friday 25th Apr
Day 23 - We hired a car today! So a short walk to start the day at 3km followed by a sea dip 🌊 🥶 and heading to Lindos for a spin Day 24 - Made up for a day exploring and a 4km walk in the morning followed by another 4km in the evening

Friday 25th Apr
Making most of the sun! So a morning 4km walk to start the day including a sea dip 🌊 and a 6km walk to Rhodes Old Town

Day 20

Friday 25th Apr
First day in Greece 🇬🇷 After an early morning flight and an afternoon at the pool a 5km walk to see what’s about 🙌

Day 18 and 19

Friday 25th Apr
Pre holiday walks! Day 18 - 4km and an afternoon watching the Swans 🦢 ⚽️ Day 19 - 4km and a load of cleaning and packing ready for holidays 🙌

Day 15, 16 and 17

Friday 25th Apr
Plenty of steps over these few days even in the rain! Day 15 - short walk at 2km cos of the rain! Day 16 - 2.5km in the rain! Day 17 - 8.2km to make up for the wet weather and a walk up Bont mountains

Day 13 ans 14

Monday 14th Apr
Sunday - two walks today, 3km with the dog 🐶 and Simon and 2km walk with Mam, Will and Megan down Langland on the costal path. Out Monday morning for a 6km before the rain comes this afternoon 🙌🐶

Day 12 - WWT Llanelli

Saturday 12th Apr
A walk around WWT Llanelli 🦩 with Dad, Mam and Brooke for Hywel Dda Charities Colorectal Services. Dad was diagnosed 5yrs ago with Bowel Cancer and wanted to support the colorectal services 🙌 A cheeky 3km walk right here dog just after the rain as he couldn’t walk the wetlands with us (left left out 🐶)

Day 11

Friday 11th Apr
5km walk after a beauty appointment, different route with some hills! Cai left at home to rest his paws 🤣

With such a lovely evening, i squeezed a 2km 🙌

Day 8, 9 and 10

Thursday 10th Apr
It’s my time to have cold! 🤧 and it hasn’t stopped me! Tuesday I walked 6km, Wednesday a very sluggish and slow 3km and hour of weeding in the garden! And Thursday got back out and walked 5km… still going 🙌 Total of 50km so far 🙌

Day 7 & 8

Tuesday 8th Apr
Monday with a shortened walk of 3km and made up for it on Tuesday with a 5km walk with Cai 🙌 and 1.5km with friends which included a cuppa 🙌

Day 4, 5 & 6

Tuesday 8th Apr
15km in total on Friday, Saturday Sunday and even Brooke joined me for a 6km on Saturday morning 🙌 The sun is helping with the outdoor activities 🙌

Dat 2 and 3

Thursday 3rd Apr
4km walk for both day 2 and 3! Enjoying the sunshine and Simon and Cai joined me for both walks.. setting the day steps in 🙌

Start the month as I mean to go on! Activity 1 of 30, 6km walk in the sun ☀️, Cai 🐶 enjoyed the walk also! 🙌
