I’m fundraising for Bowel Cancer UK!

Bowel Cancer UK is the UK's leading bowel cancer charity. 43,000 people are diagnosed with bowel cancer every year in the UK and it is the UK's second biggest cancer killer with more than 16,500 people dying annually of a disease that is preventable, treatable and curable.

I’m taking part in Walkies Together with my dog Missy between the 1st and 30th September, a fund raising event organised by Bowel Cancer UK. We are aiming to walk 43 miles during September. The funds I raise will help to provide support and information to patients and their families, fund and support research into bowel cancer and support campaigns for early diagnosis and best treatment and care for all.

My Mum and my Godmother have both had bowel cancer and have fully recovered following operations. Please support me and my fundraising 💜

11 miles walked this week, making a total of 20 miles so far 👍🏻

We are still mostly walking around our village but also including Missy on my Avon rounds. I’m even encouraging Neil out on a daily walk!

All local walks around the village I live in. I haven’t been walking Missy anywhere near enough recently, due to all of the health issues my family have been having, but we are back to our daily walks and enjoying them 😀
