By taking part in Walkies Together, you and your pooch will be making a difference to the lives of everyone affected by bowel cancer. But we’ve also got some great rewards for you including a registration freebie and some great prize draws.
Your registration rewards
When you sign up to the event we’ll send you your dog bandana.
Raise £100 to enter our collar and lead prize draw
Once you reach £100 you’ll be entered into a prize draw to win a Pawsome Paws Boutique collar and lead set.
Raise £300 to enter our prize draw with Andrex®
When you hit £300 you’ll be entered into a prize draw to win a year's supply of toilet roll from our partner Andrex®.

£100 Prize draw - Walkies Together competition rules
These rules (“the rules”) apply to Walkies Together competition (the “Competition”), and by taking part in the competition you are agreeing to comply with them, and confirm you satisfy the terms and conditions below.

Walkies Together is organised by Bowel Cancer UK (Registered charity number 1071038 (England & Wales) and SC040914 (Scotland).
This prize draw is administered solely by Bowel Cancer UK.
Prize
- The prize consists of the following item only:
- One PawsomePaws Boutique adjustable ‘Tiny Diny’ collar and lead set.
- The prize will be supplied in a single delivery.
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- Bowel Cancer UK reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond its control makes it necessary to do so.
- Bowel Cancer UK’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any endorsement of such brands.
Participant entry
- Participants aged under 16 years old must have permission from an adult to take part.
Competition rules
- The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
- Only entrants who are fully registered for Walkies Together 2024 are eligible to take part in the competition.
- Competition closes for entry at 11.59pm on Sunday 4 September 2024. Any donations made after this date and time specified will not be taken into consideration and will not be eligible for this competition.
- There’ll be only one winner drawn.
- A minimum £100 raised in fundraising sponsorship per fundraising page, is required to be added to the participant’s official Walkies Together 2024 Funraisin sponsorship page or alternative online fundraising page by 11.59pm on Sunday 4 September 2024, to be eligible for entry into the competition.
- Any offline sponsorship raised must be showing as an ‘offline’ donation on the participant’s official Walkies Together 2024 Funraisin sponsorship page or alternative fundraising page by 11.59pm on Sunday 4 September 2024.
- Fundraising donations should not be transferred between participants, please contact us should you need to withdraw from the Walkies Together event. Please contact the Bowel Cancer UK community team who will be happy to assist you on 020 7940 1769 or at community@bowelcanceruk.org.uk.
- Donations on team fundraising pages are eligible for entry, but only one winning prize as stated above will be available, no matter the number of participants in the team.
- All entrants will be assigned a number at random and the winner will be drawn using a random number generator on Tuesday 6 September 2024.
- The winner will be notified by email and phone call by the Bowel Cancer UK fundraising team, by Friday 9 September 2024.
- Notification of a winner will be displayed on the Walkies Together website by 5pm on Monday 12 September 2024.
- Should the winner not accept the prize by Thursday 15 September 2024, then the prize will be reallocated to the competition and a new winner will be drawn at random. The stated rules will apply to the new draw.
- Should the winner be an employee of Bowel Cancer UK, or friend or family of an employee of Bowel Cancer UK, who is taking part in Walkies Together, the prize will be reallocated, and a new winner will be drawn at random.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for another item or exchanged for cash.
- The prize will be distributed by Pawsome Paws Boutique and the winner should allow 28 business days after providing a UK postal address for delivery of the prize.
- The winner agrees to share a suitable address with Bowel Cancer UK which will then be shared with Pawsome Paws Boutique to receive their prize.
- Bowel Cancer UK will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
- Bowel Cancer UK will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

- Bowel Cancer UK reserves the right to refuse entry or to refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
Advertising of stated competition
- All Walkies Together 2024 participants will receive details of the competition, including full T&C’s and how to take part, via email to the email address supplied.
- All ‘rules’ are displayed on the Walkies Together website, including full T&C’s available to all participants at all times.
- All advertising will abide by the rules indicating clear ways to take part and including a link to the rules.
Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, Bowel Cancer UK, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Bowel Cancer UK, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Data protection and publicity
By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by Bowel Cancer UK or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we manage your data.
Governing law
All our prize draws and competitions will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
Bowel Cancer UK reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.
