I’m fundraising for Bowel Cancer UK

Having never fund raised in this way before, this charity sits very close to my heart having lost 2 members of my family from bowel cancer and I felt compelled to help in any little way that I can. Poppy, my cocker spaniel puppy and I will be taking on the challenge and can't wait to get started! Please help out if you can. Just the smallest donation can make a big difference!

I’m taking part in Walkies Together this September to raise funds and help save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer. Please support me and my fundraising.

Bowel cancer is the UK's second biggest cancer killer with more than 16,500 people dying annually of a disease that is preventable, treatable and curable.

The funds I raise will help to provide support and information to patients and their families, fund and support research into bowel cancer and support campaigns for early diagnosis and best treatment and care for all.

Sunday 8th Sep

So our first week has been one of dodging showers and getting wet, but considering this is the first week that poppy has been allowed out after her vaccinations, she's been a real trooper! She has taken everything in her stride and despite her wanting to stop and say hello to everyone we meet, we have really started to build the miles up. Here's to our next week! Hopefully nicer weather though!
