I’m fundraising for Bowel Cancer UK

This charity is close to my heart as my dad was diagnosed with stage 4 Bowl Cancer and has had a long journey. So I'd like to help towards him and all the others

Bowel Cancer UK is the UK's leading bowel cancer charity and we're determined to save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer.

I’m taking part in Walkies Together this September to raise funds and help save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer. Please support me and my fundraising.

Bowel cancer is the UK's second biggest cancer killer with more than 16,500 people dying annually of a disease that is preventable, treatable and curable.

The funds I raise will help to provide support and information to patients and their families, fund and support research into bowel cancer and support campaigns for early diagnosis and best treatment and care for all.

Why I'm doing this

Thursday 8th Aug
I all here is my first blog. I decided to do this as my dad in 2017 was diagnosed with stage 4 bowel Cancer. He had no symptoms it was due to being ill to something else that he has found this. He'd no longer be here if it wasn't for the great doctors that have helped along the way. He's has to go through chemo and radio as well as a major op. He now permanently has a stoma bag but hey that's better than not being here. He is my hero and gone through so much
He's made of the strong stuff. They did get rid of it all he was very very lucky and has been in remission he was being signed off but a few weeks ago they found a little lump . It could be the cancer again or it's benigh which fingers crossed it is. I'd like to do my bit and do this walk with my doggo and hubby to make any funds I can. Every little penny helps. I shall be making a donation myself once in paid. Until then I'd like to thank you all for your support and any donations made xxx
