I’m fundraising for Bowel Cancer UK

Bowel Cancer UK is the UK's leading bowel cancer charity and we're determined to save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer.

I’m taking part in Walkies Together this September to raise funds and help save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer. Please support me and my fundraising.

Bowel cancer is the UK's second biggest cancer killer with more than 16,500 people dying annually of a disease that is preventable, treatable and curable.

The funds I raise will help to provide support and information to patients and their families, fund and support research into bowel cancer and support campaigns for early diagnosis and best treatment and care for all.

Back from holiday!

Monday 16th Sep

I am back from my holiday so we’ve done another 3 miles today 😄

We’ve done it!

Monday 9th Sep

We have done our 43 mile target in 9 days! I am going on holiday for a few days and will resume the walking with Charlie when I’m home 🐶 Charlie is looking forward to a rest.

We’ve done a lot of miles in the rain today! George is more tired than Charlie 😅

Another fun day of walkies!

Tuesday 3rd Sep

Today we concentrated on ‘quality’ rather than ‘quantity’. In dog walking terms that means we concentrated on loose lead, good mannered walking, not allowing Charlie to pull along like he’s a reindeer on Santa’s sleigh 🤣

Monday 2nd Sep

Yesterday we did 2 walks - one included a stop for a bacon sandwich. Charlie loved it a lot 😚
