I’m fundraising for Bowel Cancer UK

Bowel Cancer UK is the UK's leading bowel cancer charity and we're determined to save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer.

I’m taking part in Walkies Together this September to raise funds and help save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer. Please support me and my fundraising.

Bowel cancer is the UK's second biggest cancer killer with more than 16,500 people dying annually of a disease that is preventable, treatable and curable.

The funds I raise will help to provide support and information to patients and their families, fund and support research into bowel cancer and support campaigns for early diagnosis and best treatment and care for all.

Our story

Sunday 1st Sep

As most of our friends and family know we have been personally affected by bowel cancer. Ray had his tumour removed a year ago on 31st August 2023, the culmination of a years gruelling and at times brutal treatment. We are so grateful to the NHS team for the fantastic treatment and care they provided, especially the expertise of Mr Singhal, the surgeon and Dr Doss, the oncologist. Now it’s time to move on and enjoy life!

Find a life worth enjoying, take risks, love deeply, have no regrets. Always have rebellious hope.
