I’m fundraising for Bowel Cancer UK

Bowel Cancer UK is the UK's leading bowel cancer charity and we're determined to save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer.

I’m taking part in Walkies Together this September to raise funds and help save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer. Please support me and my fundraising.

Bowel cancer is the UK's second biggest cancer killer with more than 16,500 people dying annually of a disease that is preventable, treatable and curable.

The funds I raise will help to provide support and information to patients and their families, fund and support research into bowel cancer and support campaigns for early diagnosis and best treatment and care for all.

End of Week 1 …🐾💜

It’s only almost the end of Week 1 and it’s been so amazing to have already gone over the suggest £100 ‘target’ goal.

THANKYOU so much everyone 🥰

This weeks been abit of a strange one, as on the 3rd Sept, we found out that someone close to me has sadly also been diagnosed with this horrible disease 😔

Making this week, and this little challenge all the more important now.

With this in mind I have decided to double the fundraising target amount aswell as the miles B and I aiming to be walking to 86 miles rather than 43 🐾💜

Sunday 1st Sep

For anyone that isn’t aware this year is now two years since I lost one of the most important people in my life. Jen.

To this cruel and unapologetic disease.

It destroys peoples worlds. 😔

The 1st September marks a significant time in which it meant having to say goodbye but since have always chosen to see this as a special month to also do something to remember her and continue to live life in the most positive and best way possible.

This year B and I have chosen this little challenge to hopefully raise abit of money for a very worthy cause.

I’ve always tried to live my life in the best and postive ways possible, life taught me this very early on. I’m grateful for this.

So if we can help someone by raising just a few pounds then we’ll be out and about adventuring, whatever the weather.

I know Jens always keeping an eye and having the best time with Dad.
