I’m fundraising for Bowel Cancer UK

Bowel Cancer UK is the UK's leading bowel cancer charity and we're determined to save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer.

I’m taking part in Walkies Together this September to raise funds and help save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer. Please support me and my fundraising.

Bowel cancer is the UK's second biggest cancer killer with more than 16,500 people dying annually of a disease that is preventable, treatable and curable.

The funds I raise will help to provide support and information to patients and their families, fund and support research into bowel cancer and support campaigns for early diagnosis and best treatment and care for all.

Members of our team are meeting at Fraisthorpe Beach on Saturday to bring our pooches together and give another push to our campaign. Sun, fresh air and the notion of a cuppa - looking forward to it!

I’m happy to report that our walking and fundraising targets have been met. Oscar and I will still keep going as this is such an important cause. Thanks to everyone who has supported our fab team so far 😊🐶🐾

Sporting his fabulous charity bandana we started our challenge month. Three walks a day over 30 days. That’s 90 walks in total!

We are not aiming to set any records. Oscar, our fabulous rescue Jack Russell cross, is 12 so we’re not out to push ourselves. If we could measure sniffs instead of steps, we’d be laughing! Instead we’re doing this campaign in support of my amazing colleague, Leon, who has been battling this form of cancer. We’re looking forward to welcoming him back to work when he’s able. In the meantime Oscar and I would be so grateful if you’d sponsor us. Thank you 🐾🐶♥️
